Princess Mimi Almond Brown REVIEW!!

This is my FIRST pair of circle lenses EVER!
I bought them off of fobbybarbie.com
IT was around 17 to 18 dollars AND FREE SHIPPING.
The cheep price and free shipping really sold me.
I don't wear contacts often, I have the 3 week acuvue lences and even then sometimes I don't like how they feel in my eyes so I was hesitant to getting the circle lenses.
I have to admit that the princess mimi almond brown are about 8.5/10 on comfort if I were to rate my acuvue at 9/10, so for those of you who love acuvue, then you would love this.
It's 14.5 in diameter.. but it looks like a 15. Also it's super natural compared to the other princess mimi lenses. So... IF you want the princess mimi collection, but want something natural, this is the one for you!
I love these, I can't wait to buy more.
I really suggest that you buy from fobbybarbie.com they are so much cheaper than pinkyparadise and shipping is super fast especially for me, since i live in Canada!

1. Perfume............................... NEVER BUY PERFUME IN CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok a 100ml perfume is equal to 3.4oz. Let's assume that the perfume I want to buy is Juicy Couture. In Canada it will be $100. At sephora it will be $87 and if you can find it at walmart it will be even cheaper. Example: 1oz Juicy Couture perfume is $32 (last time I checked at my local Walmart) And for those of you who say, "Oh $13 dollar difference isn't too much especially with how much you're getting." Well, you forgot about the tax. The tax in Canada is just............... omg. Ok, you know how when you buy stuff you usually add about 2 dollars extra for tax? Well you can double your estimate and that will be Canada's tax. The last time I was living in Canada the tax was %15 when I left it got down to %14 and now I think it's %12. Except Alberta... or is it not like that anymore? I Don't know. Anyways...... DO NOT BUY PERFUME IN CANADA!

2. Tax.....

When I came in USA and I bought stuff I was amazed. The total came sooooo close to the original price!!!!!!!!! OMG what a marical! Let the headaches begin when I step onto Canadian soil.

3. Books....

Have you guys checked the price of your books? Do you SEE a difference between Canada and USA? Ok our Dollar is about the same if not a couple cents difference between USD!!!!!!!!!!! And we can get up to a $20 difference in book price (Example: Alice In Wonderland Movie Production Look Book). I remember when I was in Chapters (Canadian bookstore) when I handed the cashier a $20 bill for 1 manga book and getting around $2 back. And I remember how last year I bought a manga and handed the cashier a $10 bill and getting more than 10 cent back.

4. Cosmetic

The reason cosmetic is number 4 is because I can choose what I buy and wait until the States. For example, I went to Sephora to look at the difference between US price and Canadian price. Each brand is different. But here is what I learned. It's worth it to buy Chanel, Dior, and YSL foundion and not Nars, Lancome, and Lora Mercier. That's foundation not lipstick, YSL have a 5 dollar difference in foundation but a 10 dollar difference in lipstick WTF is up with that?????????????????

5. Online shopping, you can only buy a very little amount of cosmetic at Sears.ca apparently and Amazon.ca is shit. OMG that really makes me want to live in the USA.

6. Department Stores

Ok USA have Macy's, Sears, Dillards, Belk, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel and more!

And Canada have........... Sears, The Bay, and Holt Renfrew (which is equvalent to Neiman Marcus, but not as good) And only Sears out of the 3 can you actually purchase something online.

BTY, if you look at EBay.ca the people who are selling are the people in the US!

As you can see all of it is about Shopping. Guess what I will be doing in Canada? A tiny bit of cosmetic shopping because I'm stupid like that.

I went shopping with friends last saturday and stoped by VS. I wanted a gray hoddy and I didn't see one anywhere on display so I asked the sales associate. She then told me that they just got the newest collection (fall collection) in and that it wasn't even on display yet. So she allowed me to purchase it.

It's $45 dollars and I did find it to be pricy(I usually spend that much an a Abercrombie hoddy), but because I signed up for Pink Nation, I got a card in the mail ($10 off for a $35+ purchase, and a free black, pink, or white panty, valuse 7.50).

Plus............ that day they were giving away a mini dog for every pink purchase (valuse: $10).

So, I saved $27.50

You would assume that the person who made the mistake would make sure to use her own time to fix it asap. However, it's freaking Amazon, and this is a freaking indipendent seller (meaning, not a company, most sellers on amazon are actually a company or a network.) When you are buying texbooks for sellers they are mostly students and students on Amazon either don't have anything rated or only one review.

So the next day around noon I thought she should have done it already, she sould have done it last night, but she didn't.

So around 9 tonight (my deadline is almost up) I e-mailed her again cus buy 9 (see, I would assume she would have done it buy 6pm, but she just havent) she still have yet to cancled my order thus forcing me to email her again because I was worried and this time around worried (This is my first time buying for a individual seller who is just one person and have no reviews). I'm sorry but this conversation would not have taken place if you had not "forgotten that" you had a "listing on Amazon.com. Because of this," you had "mistakenly also placed the same book for sale on Half.com" (email Thursday, July 22, 2010 4:49 PM). Then if you were not so incompetent you would have recognized your mistake and used your time and not mine (the one paying you) to make sure that I get what I am entitled, which is not to have my time wasted by waiting on you. Some students have a limit on their credit card to buy books, and a deadline. So Lady Breeana18, your poor buyer apologizes for not having a big enough credit card limit to buy another book by not having you refund her first, and that the word immediately should mean the time to your convenience. After all, the seller is always right.

The lesson here? Don't buy text book from independent (student) sellers on amazon. They are incompetent. SO there for don't but text books from independent sellers on Amazon at all. Because most of them, (80%) are students.

Sephora Color Play + Panasonic Heated Eyelash Curler

1. Sephora Color Play - 5 in 1 ($150 US value)

Ok, I'm not going to do swatches because that would tell you absolutely nothing. How the color turn on your arm is NOTHING like how it's on your eyelids! The color payoff is amazing especially for the price I paid for! Overall, a lot better than any drug store eyeshadow.

Oh, and this picture below is why I love the USA. Note to self, avoid buying makeup in University, wait until you come home in December.

On the white lip gloss, a bit of black eyeshadow particle got on it, but I easily removed it.

All About Ordering Asian / Korean / Chinese / Japanese Wholesale and more

I'm going to jump to the main points. My mom's friends, dad's friends, best friend, and mom went to Asia (Main land China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc) this summer, my Aunt owns a boutique in China (well aware of the wholesale process) are my sources. Plus, my friend bought Asian whole sale (more on the in this article)

Before looking for a wholesale site understand that:

Lesson 1: Price (You get what you pay for)

I know a lot of you hear that things in Asia (China especially) are cheap compared to here in America. Well, that may have been true 5 years ago. Nowadays, in cities like Shanghai and Beijing, clothing and good quality jewelery (forever 21 quality) are about the same as here in America. For example a dress (forever 21 quality) in a boutique on the streets of China cost over $20 USD (around the same as forever 21) and a sweater (Asian brand) is around or over $100 USD in a department store. So nowadays, you can say that clothing prices are around the same. So pick the style that is hardest to find a dupe for and buy in America.

So, a $7 shirt is poor quality, UNLESS you buy in bulk.
Example: 100 (minimum quantity) shirts X $7. That's how boutique sellers make money, they can afford to buy in bulk because they will most likely easily earn it back with profit.

My friend went on a Chinese version of eBay and picked a seller based on price not quality of seller (poor reviews). She did this because it was like $7 a shirt and her mom was in China so it was free shipping. I order 2 things with her. And............... dirt cheap quality.

Advice, if you find a dress that you can never find in America and you absolutely love and you want quality, but it for what it's worth in America. Choose websites like Yestyle where shipping is not based on weight and no minimum order or price range.

Lesson 2. Size

Look, if your over size 4 (US size) and it's one size only, you're not going to fit into the clothing the way it's suppose to. And if your are smaller or the same as a size 4, pay attention to bust because it made for Asians and most Asians are "flat chested".

Also, it the quality is poor ($7 shirt) the size won't be true sometimes. I bought a dress, the web site's chart shows that it should fit me, but only a flat chested size 2 who is no taller than 5 feet can look decent in it. Yes, sometimes a shirt can be too long, or a dress can be too short (were talking right below the butt).

Lesson 3: Be rational

Is there a favorite brand you like in your country? Ralph Lauren is one of my favorites. I found a cute $35 dress (typical Korean cute style) I like on Yesstyle.com that's high in quality, but then I taught about it and decided that I'd rater use the money to save for a Ralph Lauren Polo or Dior makeup because I can find a dress as cute at forever 21 for less (they have a lot of sales). Or, I would add a shirt to my shopping cart and forget about it for a month (that means I really didn't care if I had it or not). So when you are picking what to buy, take a week to decided what you like or love.

Website (things to pay attention to)

1. Shipping price (Shipping by the weight is extremely pricey and not worth it)
2. How the site presents it self (if it looks classy and well organized)
3. If there is a minimum quality or or minimum purchase price range
4. If there are other people who purchased on the website (do a bit of research, you might not find a lot and that might not be because the company is bad, but because not a lot of people who type in English (you are searching in English) buy clothing for Asia.
5. Payment information
6. Currency (Singapore dollar is USD are alike but NOT the same!)

Buying:

1. If shipping is a lot (shouldn't be if it's a good website) split it with a friend.

Finally:

Remember that there are sites that with minimum purchase or price ranges that sells high quality clothing and you can tell this by the price of the clothing. HOWEVER!!!!!!!!! There are websites that mark their $7 clothing to $35 (I have witnessed this in an Asian super market area in Orlando, Florida!). You can tell if it's poor quality buy looking the website to see how informative and sophisticated is. Just because there is a live chat does not be it's good quality, compare how sophisticated the website it buy comparing it with Sasa.com, Yesstyle, Sephora, Amazon, etc.

Also look at a lot of websites, if the clothing comes up the same (you've seen it over and over again) compare the price with yesstyle. Yesstyle's clothing is broken apart buy the Brand name so what your buying it the real brand and not the counterfeit. Plus, most websites with poor quality clothing copy's from brands on Yesstyle (you will also notice that). Plus, if it's poor quality, they usually don't give you the brand name on the clothing description.

Websites to avoid: (It's not just about quality, but also shipping price!!!!)

1. cct-fashion.com - inconsistent quality (sometimes good, sometimes bad), inconsistent color, inconsistent fit and size. (there's a review on YouTube too) Oh ya there's a minimum quantity and purchase price rage.

2. Dressky.com - omg, all the problems I mentioned above AND they even tell you the clothing will be different than the picture!

3. Fashion4us.com - it's ok, but it's kind of inconsistent. Plus the shipping is expensive and by the Kg. After all that hassle it comes to be about the same or even more (depending on how heavy your order is) with the risk or inconsistency. It's just better to buy at Yesstyle (order over $150 is free and below is just $10, they use FedEx and DHL.)

1. Suite Case. Ok, so I couldn't find the same 29" suite case so I decided to buy the Samsonite 29" suite case AND their handbag/brief case (for my laptop). Samsonite makes really great quality luggage.

1. Getting in Pharmacy with just one year of college is impossible for me. I need 2 years, because I can't handle Biology with a lab, Chemistry with a lab, and Physics with a lab, all in one year. Plus my math sucks and I need to work hard for calculus.

2. I'm going to enjoy college and not rush it and wish it was over like I did with high school.

3. Attempt to stay organized in College, I'm gonna try!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4. Remember to drink stuff to help the immune system and take some vitamins during December and March. My immune system is really bad during the winter especially when I'm stressed out about finals. And the band stuff that comes out when it gets warmer in March always gets to me. I can't be sicks in College (I've got no one to take care of me there T_T) so I'm gonna have to be careful.

5. I'M GONNA STUDY IN ADVANCE!

Suitcase Loot

Ok, so I needed suitcases. Me and my dad have been looking at them for about 2 month now. And then..... I found the cutes ones ever!

They are by Liz Claiborne. I need 2 29" suite case and a carry on. The store only had 1 29" left of that pattern. So I was like, "ok, no big deal, we can buy 1 29" now and see if other stores have the same 29" or, if not, we can buy a black 29""

Ok, so I did a little shopping when we went to Atlanta last weekend

1. Sperry Top-Sider Marina Mocs 1-Eye in Brown Croc $85

I really wanted this ever since I saw them online for $100. I saw them on sale at a shoe store (one of those stores that carry a lot of different brands) and they were on sale! Click here to buy them online.

Ralph Lauren makes amazing sweaters, they are high quality (you can tell my just touching them) and very comfortable. You should try their cashmere sweaters! I'm starting to buy a lot more tops for Ralph Lauren then Abercrombie & Fitch. Abercrombie is like a high schooler brand, at least in my state it is, after high school you don't see college kids wearing Abercrombie tops.

4. J Crew Top

It was on sale, nothing special, It was like on sale for $25. I had a gift card, I don't even like J Crew, I think it's more for 27+ I only bought it cus it's white, and I needed a white shirt.

5. Victoria's Secret Pink Sweat Pants. So cute! It's a guilty pleasure buy, I know it's really pink! $30

6. Neutrogena healthy defense daily moisturizer SPF 30 I picked this up at Ulta around $ 10 to 12

Very nice, it's moisturizing, and light. The white cast fades when the cream is fully absorbed by the skin.

7. Alba toner at Ulta $11

It smells like lemon, It's ok for a toner.

8. Nature's Cure $10

This is amazing, if you get acne because of hormone imbalance (get pimple during and close to your monthly). It comes with pills and a cream. The cream is 5% benzoyl peroxide . Not as strong as the 10% benzoyl peroxide at CVS, but it works really well!

I know they sell this at Wallgreens, but I forgot were I bought mine, I think it was at some beauty store at the mall or a spa.

9. Clinique rinse-off foaming cleanser mousse $18.5

I bought this at Macy's. The lady said it words exactly like their makeup remover, and that's what I use this for. It's gentle and effective. All you need is half a dime size amount and it foams and lathers really well!

10. Mentholatum Acnes V Tinted Milk SPF 50+ $14 Asian Store

You can find this on ebay and Amazon. It liquidy, lightly tinted, VERY VERY light formula, and it brightens your skin.

Ok, so we went to Atlanta this weekend to drive my mom and grandpa to the airport. My mom's coming back from Asia in 2 weeks full of goodies!!!!!!

Anyways, so I did a little shopping............ By the way, a lot of my friends in Canada are like, omg Alice but a lot of stuff a the airport when your are leaving for Canada cus it's duty free (tax free). And I'm like......... duty free shopping looks very appealing to you guys cus the tax rate in Canada is CRAZY high! To me, no tax only appeals to me when I buy expensive, or large amounts of stuff, then you really see that tax eats away your money. But see, in my town there's a military base and inside the base there is this "department store" with Coach, perfume, makeup, and stuff like that and it's all duty free. And I'm like 15 mins away from it and I've never been there before. I always forget it's there, and I buy all my makeup at Belk, Dillard's, or Macy's. That's when I always seem to want to buy it...... But anyways if I ever want to buy a lot of clothing, I wait t'll my state of a tax free day(s). LOL All my Canadian friends are like "@#%& you! It's so unfair!" Yup that's one thing I will miss about the United States, but I get to come back during the holidays! So no major shopping for me in Canada.

Ok so I went to my local (small) mall, and I bought some stuff.

1. Bath glove from Bath and Body Works.

2. Eye mask from Clair's! I don't wear eye masks, but I bought this one because it was on sale! I'm going to use this for decorations, like pin it on a bulletin board, or hang it by my bed side.

3. My favourite hand sanitizer from Bath and Body Works!

3. Twilight wood scent! (only because it was on sale, Bath and Body Works is having their Annual sale!) It smells pretty good, not sweet and fruity at all, just warm. We went to Belk afterwards and found a designer perfume (not celebrity) that smells exactly like it!

Lenox Square Loot

Ok, so we recently when to Atlanta and I went to one of my favorite malls in the South! Ummmm not your high class stores, well.. there are some like LV, but it isn't like Jacksonville Florida where in one whole mall you've got Europe it in. Lenox still has Hollister, Abercrombie, BCBG (in a high class mall, you would find only Max Arzia), Anthropologie.... Anyways, I didn't even look at Hollister and Abercrombie cus I want to wait t'll the very end to buy stuff like those. I was going to purchase some Lush stuff, but then it was like I don't even know how much extra room in my suite case to even considering to bring those.

1. BCBG Dress (This was on sale for 89 dollars I think....)

2. Carole Hochman Pajama set from Nordstrom on sale for 60 or was it 70 I'm not sure. I wanted to get something along the cuter brands but my mom really love this brand of sleepwear cus it's 100% Cotton and super soft so I bought it. Plus it comes with a robe.

Ok then we left Lenox Square to go to another smaller mall and then I went to Ross and found this super sweet Princess like dress (not as in a ball room gown princess dress, but more like the modern princess style in Asia.)

3. Dress from Ross by the brand Violet (never herd of in my life) for $10! Ok, this dress is made from like young teens cus this dress is a M and a M is usually big on me and I was almost going to go look for a S when I saw that the M wasn't really that big and I tired it on. It's definitely made for the Juniors section.

Sasa Haul + review

Ok so I did some makeup shopping on Sasa. Sasa's better for skincare stuff, but the price for their makeup is unbeatable.

1. Koji Eyelash Curler #73

OMG THE best eyelash curler I have ever bought! What's the difference between these and the one you can purchase at drug stores and sephora? Koji Eyelash curlers are made for Asian eyes. Sasheido and Shu uemura from Sephora sucks because they are made to sell to Americans (anyone except for Asians) who have more rounder and bigger eyes. The eyelash curler for Koji is not as curved as American eyelash curlers so it won't pinch with you curl all the way to the roots of your eyelashes, and it curls AMAZINGLY!!!!!!!!!! Koji eyelash curlers comes in different sizes. I like #73 the best because my eyes are slightly bigger than the average Asians and it fits #73 perfectly.

2. Cameleon Eye Eyeshadow collection 36 colors.

VERY pigmented. Kinda small, but I don't wear a lot of eyeshadow and I don't wear makeup in the summer at all (unless it's for a special occasion or I'm just playing with it at the privacy of my own house). But anyways, I'm not big on eyeshadow so I prefer to buy palettes rather than individual eyeshadow (MAC). I bought it for their golden brown because no American brand has that color and it's the most commonly used on Popteen models.

3. Fairy Drops Mascara

The....... best curling and elongating mascara I have ever used. It holds curls better than the Japanese Kiss Me mascara brand (my go to mascara). This does not crump my eyelashes! AND It curls SOOOoooo amazingly. Ok, I don't think this is the best mascara for people who wears contacts or with extreamly sensitive eyes. Or maybe it would work if your extreamly careful. The formula of the mascara irratates my eyes a little when I first put it on but then it goes away quickly because it dries quickly. Also, when you wash it off (and yes it's difficut to wash off but it doesn't crump your eyelashes as you wash it off) it stings a little and your going to notice it because it's not the normal soap sting you would get. It's difficult to discribe...... I guess you can figuritively say it's a sharper sting than soap but it doesn't hurt as much as soap and won't make you cry..... Like a skinny needle doesn't hurt as much as the thick needle......... Anyways, totally worth buying.

4. Fiberwig Mascara

It's only $14 dollars on Sasa.

Overall.......... really good for lengthening, and not curmping. Sucks for currling, but it still looks good once you curled it with a manuel or heated curler. It makes your lashes really, really pretty. Your lashes looks better with this on than with Fairy Drop or Kiss Me (previously mentioned). I'm very happy with this mascara!

Ok, so my second cousin is staying over for the summer to "study" so she can get into Yale's PHD in finance. Ok, yes she's good at taking tests and studying. SHE SUCKS AT COMMUNICATIONS! (in English, -rolls eyes-) She's been in the states for 2 years now doing her masters degree in a good university who have a bit of the rank but not the name of the Ivy's. She's 26 and she dresses and moves and behaves like one of those teenage Taiwan girls or Asian girls who are tying to be like 5 year olds. Ya, that's the rage when your a teen, she's fucking 26. And then she expects to be taken seriously, her essay on her self for college is like the a 7th grader's essay. Example: Intro: Hi, my name is. And then tons of fatal mistakes, and cliches! And I'm expected to stay sane this summer. BTY, High School ended today!

Her worst qualities are my MAIN pet peeves! OMG, if Asians are like this in Vancouver, I'm gonna loose it, and then I'm marring an American.

1. People who can't go outside without makeup on

The honor that drives you to study to the top isn't for everyone because everyones different. So what some people think that life shouldn't be about working, but be about enjoying it as time passes? OK. So, I got in AND accepted to go to the secound best (rank wise) university in British Columbia. Because I had a fealing that I won't get in UBC. So I checked my mail today and found out I did not get in UBC Vancouver, but UBC Okanagan. Is there a difference? I'm so comfused. Oh well, where I go dosn't matter a whole lot because I will be transfering to another program in UBC even if I got in UBC Vancouver (to a more subsified program that requires I year of basic undergraudate study). But it's just the idea of living in UBC Okanagan that's kinda wired. See I was emotionally prepared that I won't get in UBC. Anyways, UBC Okanaga to me feels like its in the middle of nowhere.

I love AE jeans. Well... ok I like Hollister and Abercrombie better, but for the price your paying at AE it's sooooo worth it if you find one that makes you look good. Hollister jeans are usually $60 and Abercrombie are usually $80. I think it's worth the money to but a pair of high quality jeans, but for people who think $80 is insane, then I think American Eagle is perfect. Oh ya, I think it's like 10 to 20 dollars more in Canada.

Everything's ok until you come and then I feel hopelessly confused, and so fucking frustrated. So you know what, I just don't care anymore. There are plenty of you so your replaceable. And since I'm stupid enough to fall for your type, it's safe to say I don't need you. And I never well, because in September I'm gone. I'm tired of waiting, just so sick of everything. Senior Skip Day is an UNOFFICIAL school holiday for seniors (grade 12 students). It takes place once a year, a day before Spring Break. Since Spring Break is usually on a Monday, seniors (grade 12 students) skip school the Friday before. AND because it is unofficial, be do get marked absent. Not a big deal in most schools around the country, but here, if you miss 4 days you can't exempt your finals and if it is an unexcused absence and can not make up the work or test you missed that day. Because you know, seniors are the kings and queens of the school every student in other grades wants to skip with us. And because of that most teachers gives test on Fridays so that they can't bring back a note and can't make up the test.

Ok, so this year all my teachers are teachers who mainly teach seniors or non academic teachers and they don't give any work on Friday. However I am leaving from school to go to New York City Friday and I kind of want to come to my class (AP psychology) who's organizing it. So here is what I'm going to do. I'm going to skip my morning classes (the classes I hate and do work in). And I am going to come back in the afternoon for my academic classes, who for once in a year, isn't doing anything because most people are gone. WHICH means I can chill with my friends (who are coming that day two for their own reasons, tell you later) and not do anything with my friends for the rest of the day. Ok, the main reason I'm coming and some people are coming is because of certain teachers. My English teacher is allowing us to redo as any work and as many work as we want and they can be substitute in for our lesser grades. I got the hardest English teacher in my grade this year because last year I unintelligentlly took AP Language and my counselor got the bright idea to get me all the best (= hardest) teachers. So ya, and a couple of teachers are ordering pizza and bringing video games (some even have a station in their room) for a party.

So ya, tomarrow would be a very special non work day spent with friends. And as I have all learned in 8th grade, mini golf can even be a blast with friends.

Oh ya, I'm going home after school to grab a bite to eat (I eat dinner at 3:15 :P) even thou were stoping at a restuarent at 6 for dinner. And then I'm going to come back to school at 3:40 so I can leave.

AP Psychology Midterm Tomarrow

All right, so here I am procrastinating (yet again) when I have a midterm tomorrow that screams " I wipe out all your current grades and take their place!" Which basically means that I either have to make it or break it. Ok, I going to get my butt whopped if I don't make an 90% or above! I have to spend a WEEK with my psychology teacher for spring break cus that's the main teacher organizing this trip (well, him and the AP humanity teacher). And he's gonna make my life hell for a week if I don't make it. The good thing is I got a solid 90% on my midterm and final last semester...... But still, most likely I'm not going to bed t'll 1:00 am hopefully.... Last time, I stayed up to 5 am and ended up with A MAJOR migraine for a week during Christmas Break............. Ya.. can't let that happen for Spring Break.... Ok, I'm going back to work now, lets hope I don't get slaughtered Tuesday when I find out my score...

Oh ya, I BOUGHT NEW MOON THE DVD ON SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOO HAPPY! =^___^=

Only six more days t'll Friday!!!!!!! OMG I'm so excited to go to NYC. I know, a lot of ppl are like "WTF, you've never been to NY after living in the north east for so long!" Ok, I know, it doesn't make any sense, but listen. I lived in Toronto. People in Toronto consider 5 hours of driving to be INSANELY LONG due to the fact that we never have to drive for a long period of time to get to anywhere. But see, a lot of people in the South consider 5 hours to be nothing. So driving from Toronto to NYC is out of the question, I don't even know how long that is, none of my friends in Toronto have ever driven to NYC before, maybe like over 7 hours I think, I donno. Anyways, flying from Toronto is out of the question, it's a waste of money because the only time we have time to go is during break when everyone else is on vacation so the plane tickets are extremal over priced and that would be a waste of money. So NYC was one of those city that was not worth driving or flying to. Now that I live in the South, driving is like nothing to them, so we as a group of 50 or so students and 4 teachers are taking a Grey Hound like bus and driving to NYC. Ya, no one except me is complaining about the distance, apparently most of them have driven to Texas before (Texas is a HUGE state, it doesn't look it, but it's huge so driving there from here would be equivalent to driving to NYC, I know it doesn't look it on the map). Anyways, so I'm the only one that's complaining, but the good thing is I'm with a bus of friends and were going to get to NYC on Saturday morning (staying for a 7 days ^__^) plus I'm bringing a new book I brought (Jumper, like the movie) and the new issue of Bazaar Magazine. OMG I can't wait. Plus were staying at a really nice hotel and eating at really nice restaurants. AND going to see Broadway! Where going to see Wicked, we got really nice seats, not too close to the front cus it's Wicked, but not the crappy back seats. Oh ya, I need to make a list of friends to buy presents for, because people, it's respectful to bring something back from a fun trip for the people you care about (an Asian thing).

Anyway ways so that means, I have a school music concert tomorrow night, take the math test I missed last week (out sick) on wed, take economics test and get a extremely good grade to boost my grade, write a paragraph for British Lit tonight, concert on Friday during the afternoon, makeup any grade I want next Friday for British Lit, take midterms of AP psychology next week, and finally my favorite leave for New York City Friday at 4:00 pm.

Wow, what busy 2 weeks. Gonna HATE IT!

The only good thing is that I'm going shopping in NYC with friends for a whole week and I've saved up my money!

Ok, so If you haven't realized yet the people who don't usually get caught with boring "inappropriate things" are the socially fitted kids in society who's got the looks and the book smarts and some with the benefit of money. These kids are the ones that most teachers love because they are just easier to deal with, they get good grades and don't give teachers a hard time, plus they are all rateable and interesting. But of course, once in a while a few of them do fuck up and that screws the rest of us.

So one of the times they blew it was when they were in Europe for a school trip and they were caught drinking. And the consequence of the rest of us was that we can’t go over seas for trips anymore. Well, this time a group went to a really nice city for competition about official student P, VP, sanctuary, treasurer, etc and stuff like that. Well….. some of the boys decided to smoke and go hit the strip clubs. And one moron decided to bring something illegal. See, the teachers on this trip were too trusting and the only reason one of them found out was because a snitch texted her. The teacher that found out was the mother of the surgeon’s daughter. The daughter is now all worried that people are going to believe that she rated them out and she’s not even sure if this will be reported. Now if this does get reported they are going to nail down hard on us in New York.

Ok so this junior in one of my AP class was taking about how her and her boyfriend of 2 years broke up (let's call her Coach Girl, carries a Coach bag, ) was talking about how her and her boy friend of 2 years broke up and she found out why to him it wasn't a big deal. Turns out he cheated on her last summer with K! Coach girl's Ex is a junior, I know K doesn't have a good figure, but hooking up with a Junior?? She's a FUCKING Senior, we do not date younger guys. (Well her excuse was it was only a hook up or twoo..) Anyways, but see, Coach girl found out from her M just last week and she said how they are close friends. And all I was thinking was M is the same grade and went to the same elementary school, middle school, and currently high school with K, M (other M), S, T, J, and C. M is a wayy closer friend with K than her. So I told D about what I thought and she was like K and M got in a big fight and now S and M (lol I know right) and T and K aren't speaking to each other. First of all M may be fun to hang out with but she's not very classy and she gets in a couple more long-term bitch fights than most girls. Plus is she was really a close friend with Coach girl she would have told her regardless of her friendship with K or even stopped K from the hook up. Anyways, Coach girl isn't weak, she didn't cry over it or wine and like the stupid blond we see in movies. She just said it's fucking over and that she doesn't need him and she don't. She's got a 3.8 GPA and quite pretty. Plus she's got a smart mouth, and she's quick. Well, I'm happy that I've never had a class with M, out of her group she's the only one plus this other girl I've never hang out with.

Movie: Valentines Day

Ok, so over all the movie was ok. In the beginning it was a bit blotchy, like it was different people some what linked together and it talks about their valentines day. I love the cast. Some people said how Taylor Swift can't act, well she was given a pretty easy character to play and since it was easy I thought she did ok. The way Taylor acted was for her character role. Ummm.. oh ya Emma Roberts and Queen Latifia was ok, Anne Hathaway was amazing, so was Julia Roberts. Justin Kutcher, and Jessica Biel was just good, nothing amazing. The good thing about the movie was that it wasn't a happy ending for everyone. Basically, everyone who diserverd to have a bad ending had one. Umm, there was the girl friend that said yes to marriage then changed her mind on the same day, she ended up alone with the dog for Valentines Day. And the cheating son of a bitch doctor ended up along for Valentines Day......... One part I did not get was the Taylor Swift character. She's supposedly smart, but acts stupid for her hot boyfriend and then at then end of the movie after kiss her bf on the elevator she starts crying... Did not get that.

Note: I had the hardest time with posting this blog due to MANY complications...... I hate posting my own photos. SO I only managed to put one photo in due to some unknown reasons....

Happy Lunar New Years / Valentines day everyone! So, this is an overview of what I got during the Holiday.

Starting with my drugstore loot. This week Revlon is having a buy one get one free sale and since i hear people raving about the ColorStay foundation all the time I decided to buy it. hmm... it's a good drugstore foundation, I still like Clinique better (Too lazy to find the name of my Clinique foundation) because of the better coverage and matte finish. But the Revlon foundation is a good everyday foundation. Youtuber/blogger Cl2425 has about the same skintone as me so I bought her shade. Umm it looked A LOT darker than my natural skin tone, but actually it's pretty close. I don't use a lot, if I did, I'm sure I would make me really dark.

Oh, and my favorite purchase is the new L'oreal Paris Studio Secrets _Professional: Magic Perfecting Base. Now I have tried the Smashbox prime and I have the MAC Prep and Prime. The Smashbox primer is still number one. MAC is quite ordinary, it does what it says which is pretty much what a normal primer should do... Now the L'oreal primer is ok, it makes your skin SUPER soft, and makes your makeup lasts all day, BUT it doesn't decrease the redness in your skin or blemishes. The ads say that you can wear it without makeup, umm.... no. You have to wear makeup because the primer doesn't cover anything. Plus, it's small, only 0.5 FL oz. Overall I guess it's good for everyday If you want to save your MAC or Smashbox for a special occasion.

Ok, my eyeliner is being used up like CRAZY. I bring my liquid eyeliner to school and all my makeup freak friends wants to use it and they PACK IT ON! It's not like I don't have any eyeliner, but all I have left are my MAC and this Japanese brand of gel eyeliner. I don't bring gel eyeliner to school cus I don't want to worry about damaging the eyeliner brush (bring makeup to school cus I have no time to do makeup in the morning).

So I bought the L'oreal Paris Carbon Black Lineur Intence.
Bad thing about it: It's flaky, I like the other L'oreal Paris liquid eyeliner better (forgot name).

Good: Very nice black color, fine brush, and easy to wash off and adjust if you make a mistake, but all L'oreal liquid eyeliner are like that. Umm.... oh ya you have to be use to using liquid eyeliner in order to be good at using this one (not good for beginners).

Ok Lunar New Years Loot

I got $200 from parents, now I don't see my extended family cus I'm in the USA so my parents are the only family that I have to give me money. Oh ya, my boss (Asian) gave me $50! AND she brought me some stuff from her trip to China, A cell phone charm and a bracelet. That was very thoughtful of her.

Guess what? I found out I got in a certain school in a certain country! I'm %98 sure I will be coming back to CANADA! Which province? West coast baby!..... I've never been to the west before, I'm a North Eastern girl. Anyways that school is pretty good not the best (still haven't herd form them yet), but it's around the same level as Waterloo. Now that I got in that school (I applied for 2 for their programs and they ha vent accepted my first choice yet but my second choice is just as good as my first) I'm pretty sure I won't be going to the Bunny school (Uvic) cus this one's better. I don't know if I might get in my first choice (Best school in Vancouver)....... they said they are considering me but still..... I don't know. I'm not sure which type of students can get in the best school in Vancouver (so uninformed!!!!!!!!). Wish someone can like tell me so I won't get my hopes up.

She is soo pretty and cute! She and like most girls out there is not as cute without makeup on. This is why we shouldn't were a lot of makeup cus if we didn't have time one day then we don't want people to faint from shock. But really, she's still pretty unlike this Taiwanese show called (translated to english) Women I'm the biggest. They had this thing where people would take off their makeup and OMG the difference Mother Fucking INSANE!!!!! And they interviewed girls on the streets of Taiwan about what there view is on makeup (Sorry I know I'm getting off topic) and they were like "I think it's polite to wear makeup in public and it's just rude to show people your natural face." Ha and I thought the barbie dolls in High school are materialistic.

2. TSUBASA MASUWAKA (Japanese Model)

She's amazing and I'm sure you can look up any other blog to know why. I like the fact that she left Popteen to do something more like create her own line of false eyelashes and hair straighteners. Plus she got married, but I think it's about time to tone down that cuteness. Maybe, I don't know. Isn't she almost 30? Ayumi Hamasaki is just as pretty and her style isn't over the top.

I like her, but her voice really isn't as strong as some of the other singers out there. Plus she looks different in every music video! Due to plastic surgery.... but still! 1. Yankee Candles

Yes, they are long lasting and their sent isn't overwhelming plus it's also long lasting. BUT!!!! They don't burn evenly! There's only one wick and it only burns the center leaving most of the rim untouched. I think I spent about 25 dollars on mine and I bought the coffee sent. When I opened the lid the rim of the glass (cheep) cracked!

If you love candles you should try the candles from Lux Naturals or Heritage Candles.

2. Maybelline XXL

Horrible for Asian Lashes, it just weights it down. (I did a review on Drug Store Mascaras in my blog)

3. Garnier Mousse Wonder Waves

I hate the way it smells, disgusting. And it doesn't create waves, it creates a mess.

4. NYC Liquid Eyeliner

My first liquid eyeliner in middle school, I didn't want to spend too much money cus I wasn't sure if I'm going to like it.... IT SUCKS!!! When it drys it chips off.

5. Gossip Girl books

Spent about $10 for a book and I bought like 13, I was sooooooooo stupid. It was a one time read, never looked at it again. Should have bought Harry Potter or something like that.

6. Essence of Beauty Eyelash Curler

You know that padding part of the eyelash curler? Well, Essence of Beauty's padding thing brakes (The part of the padding when it's over used) ever 2 weeks, so that's why you see them selling fillers in the Drug Stores!

7. Revelon Eyeshaow

It's either chalky or it comes off easily or the pigment goes on your finger but doesn't go on your eyes. Waste of money.

Their cream eyeshadow is good though.

8. Elf Studio total Face Brush (It's the big black one)

It's FUCKING FLAT! Ok, over reacting, it's only a dollar.

9. Victoria's Secret Pink T-shirt Bra collection

SUCKS, for a few more dollars I could have bought a way better Victoria's Secret Angel Collection or any other collection. It doesn't give any support and a Wal-Mart bra can do more good.

10. Urban Decay Eyeshadow

It's sooooooo chalky for designer makeup. I could have payed the same price for Styla, or MAC, or YSL, or even Too Faced!

But am going to buy their Alice In Wonderland Collection, I HOPE it's good. (BTW, yes I'm Stupid)

11. Lush Bath Bombs

It leaves a MESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to have to clean up the wet glitter, stars, and other particles after I took a bath!

Drug Store Mascaras Review

Ok so this is my review of almost all the drug store mascara I own. This should be helpful to people who don't buy expensive mascara or makeup and that's ok cus everyone has their own special thing they like to splurge on. Also, I hope this helps the Asian girls out their that wants to find the best mascara that makes their eyelashes appear longer and fuller cus our eyes are just not the same as the other races. I don't have any of the new ones that came out.

The flash took out the words on the Mascara bottle cus it was printed in Silver.

Prom Dress

So I bought my prom dress early so I can avoid the over crowded malls in May. I bought this at a store called Anthropologie. The brand itself is amazing, the clothing is high quality and very cute. The dress I bought was on sale. See beside Anthropologie was a store called Betsey Johnson and there dress are soooo cute it's almost over cute. There were two dresses I wanted from there, but one was 100% silk (BAD for Party Dresses hard to take care off) and other one was almost exactly like the dress I bought except much shorter (above knees, not appropriate for prom more like homecoming). Thankfully, Anthropologie is beside Betsey Johnson. So the dress was $320 and I got if for $210 ^___^!!!! I Know... To some people it's a little expensive BUT I worked for that money unlike some people who get their parents to pay so that's my excuse.

Oh ya here's my new hair color. SO FREAKING LIGHT. It's not that copper anymore cus I bought John Fredia's Blond Hair Glaze. It tones down the orange and adds more light brown. I used L'oreal Paris Ul61

P.S I'm currently working on a review for all the drug store mascara (shown on my eyelashes) I currently own. I hope this helps people see which kind is the best. I own more drug store than designer cus I stick to only 3 designer brands. Also the drug store mascara are the older brands because I haven't and won't be buying any new ones.

University Applications

Just spend 30 minutes on hold for UBC's admission's office @_@!. It might look like hassle....................... lol hold up there's an interesting story to this word! (random moment)

OK so today during AP Environmental Science the Surgeon's daughter was talking about the genes she got from her parents. She was talking about how she an her brothers got the lazy gene from her mom because it obviously wasn't from her dad. Then her best friend talked about how there was this program on TV talking about a guy remembering his past life about being a civil war officer. Then the Surgeon's daughter talked about how her dad sometimes dream about being in the war (he used to work in the military as a military doctor). She said how he once chocked her dog in his dream and once he punched her mom by accident. And the whole class was like WTF? Then she was like ya my mom's a "ass whole" and we were like WTF? and she's like "my mom is a hassle" And the class was like "????? ok......." and She's like "I said ass whole" And the calls was like "@_@ so confused!!!" lol she's a crack up sometimes!

OK back to the University Applications. Half an hour sounds like a lot, but really applying to Canada is sooooooooooooooo much more easier than the States. It felt so welcoming to know what kind of information to fill out and that being a Canadian Citizen saves a lot of hassle!

Victoria's Secert Mini Haul

I love Victoria's Secret it's one of my favourite place to shop undergarments and sleepwear. Unlike La Perla it's not freaking expensive and everything I bought there so far are made with good quality materials. Plus their bags are so cute as well. Normally the bags I see the most are their pink with light pink stripes, but maybe because it's Christmas I received their new bags and it looks like this.

I bought a few things but spent a bit of money.

I bought a $50 Pajama Set. (It's a lot cuter cus it has ribbons defining the pockets and stuff)

I Also bought their 5 for $25 panties for their Pink Collection and I bought a black $48 bio-fit bra. But I I'm too lazy to go and take 6 pictures then label All I Want Is Everything on their again.

Pink Gyaru Eye Makeup

This is a more natural Version. Without any black eyeliner under the eyes. This is achieved easily and not very costly. This look is found in Popteen, but with the black eyeliner under the eyes and with false eyelashes for a more dramatic look.

What I used on eyes:

Pink Eyeshadow (Amuse Pallet)
White Eyeliner (Wet'n Wild)
Black Eyeliner Cream (MAC)

After an hour or 2 you should re-curl your lashes, but I didn't

Cherry Culture Haul

So I'm spending my Christmas present! I got a $25 gift card from a friend for Christmas and I ordered it on Christmas and it came like in 3 days! Shipping was like any other shipping price about $5.95! So quick! It was by USPS and I live on the opposite ends from where it was shipped! So here's what I bought

I already opened the box (upside down, that's why so see torn edges)

I bought 5 NYX Lipsticks. They all smell the same and they all smell sooo good! It's a faint scent of nice light perfume (and I'm picky with my scents). It smells a little flowery, hmm hard to describe. It's sooo smooth and creamy! But some of it's colors looks nothing like how it applies!

I tired to do swatches but it's hard to adjust the camera so I can get the actual color, I was shocked by what they look like actually cus they look nothing like the swatches I've seen online from other buyers. Goes to show how hard it is to get the right color on makeup.

Strawberry Milk

Strawberry Milk looks exactly like it does in that photo, however when it's applied on the lips it's a whole lot lighter! It's like a light pink. When it is switched then it's a Barbie pink, but when it's applied it's almost like a nude pink! It's very nice on average medium to light Asian skin, can't saw the same for the ones to tan or are just dark skinned, unless they can pull off the whole tanned body, bleached hair, light makeup type of look (like the models in Egg magazine). Overall it was not what I expected from the color, but It turned out to be very pretty.

Tea Rose

I know that photo is a bit fuzzy but the color is still the same. It's a pretty medium rosy peach pink. Pretty for every skin tone.

Circe

The color is exactly like the photo, it applies a bit lighter, but I like a nude shade that's even lighter. It was not as light as I hoped it would be.

Thalia

This was the most disappointing color. Most people said it was amazing, I did not read any bad review, so I bought it and it was in the same tone as my natural lips but darker!

Narcissus

It's actually really pretty, It looks like a really hot neon pink, but when applies it's really pretty.

NYX Eyeshadow In Sweet Pink

It's actually not pink enough for me, I was looking for a baby pink without the salmon and red hints. Put it applies really well.s

Amuse Eyeshadow Palette

I bought this for the peachy shade on the left. Plus it was really cheep. It applies really nicely not as nicely as NYX Eyeshadow. It's sparkly on the brush but the sparkles does not transfer so that's a good thing for me. Plus it's like only 3 dollars.

I am impressed with these lashes! It's so much better than the pictures on the website!

Hair Dye History

Ok so I started dying my hair since 8th grade. At that time I was not allowed to dye my hair so I went behind my parent's back and dyed it anyways, umm not dye but highlight. See my hair was not that dark and it was bleached out in the summer to dark brown and medium brown highlights already, but you can only see it in the sun. But I wanted people to see the highlights in school too. At that time I acted irrationally (almost pierced my ears without permission, don't worry I got that done in 10th grade with permission) because I was told we were moving to the USA. I was so unhappy and I felt like I was in no control and everything I planned for myself for the future was ruined (I'm a planner). So I took control and dyed my hair (did a couple of other things to... )

1. Garnier Nutrisse Medium Copper Brown (my first hair dye). I got highlights done and you can barely see it (cus of my Asian hair). lol I'm not sure if you can still find this color in store anymore!

2. L'oreal Paris Freia highlight kit (it's so old I can't find it any wear). It's a really red head Asian model and inside the box it contained a wand. Anyways It gave in dark read hinds but only in the sunlight.

3. Garnier Multi-lights kit (Kit #4). LOl this packaging is soooo old! I haven't seen it since I was in Canada in 8th grade! Can't believe I found it online! Anyways, this actually worked! It didn't look like a model but it was a very pretty medium brown shade with a little copper in it (lol I can never describe my hair color). And everyone loved it! I remember complaining to my best friend about how it did not show in the front and she said it's still really pretty cus the color is really nice. Finally they can see my highlight! My parents wondered a little but they thought it was the bleach from the swimming pool.

4. Revelon Color Silk. I used this when it just came out and it was $9 instead of $3. It was really good, I forgot the color name but it was a brown red color. And this was in the summer before 9th grade when I moved to the US.

5. Garnier Nurisse ( I forgot the color name). But it was a dark brownish red. I got this done in Christmas break.

6. L'oreal Paris Feria Deep Copper 72 (This was in the summer before 10th grade). Because of my previous highlights and dyes I had dark red hair with highlights. It was still pretty dark, but I remember a girl telling her friend, "look at her hair it has dark red, brown, and black in it, it's so pretty). And I remember in 11th grade a guy friend telling me about how my hair has so many different dark red and brown shades and how natural it still looked)

7 Garnier Nutrisse Nourishing Nutri-Browns Lightening Cream (I did this in the winter during Christmas break). It turned out darker than the model though.

8. In the summer of 11th grade I finally went to the hair salon where I get my hair cut to dye my hair. I tried to dye it the color of Ashely Simpson, but it turned out a tag bit darker.

9. L'oreal Paris Feria Brown 60 (I used this in the winder during Christmas Break of 11th grade) I think it's 60, can't remember since they switched models but it was pretty close. My hair ended up looking like the first day of school when I had it professionally done. 10. Palty Milk Tea Brown (summer of 12th grade). I realized I would never have the magazine model perfect dark brown hair with only a hint of read where you don't have to be under the sun to see. So I decided to go for the colors that people in Taiwan rave about. So i used Milk Tea Brown not to be blond but to tone down the read and lighten my hair to brown. And It worked!

* I bought another Palty hair dye cus Milk Tea was amazing, but I'm planning on using that one in Spring before my trip to New York*

11. L'oreal Paris UL61 (I will be using this next week! ) I heard this from Eki that it's really good for a medium to light brown with no red. Her hair turned out amazing so I'm going to give this a try, plus my guy friend got me a gift card to Wal-mart (lol) for this purpose. I will post about the results later.

12. Palty Pure Natural (Spring of 12th grade!) I can't wait for New York!

1. I got a $25 E-gift card for Cherry Culture (www.cherryculture.com/index/php) from my friend the physician's daughter. She was telling me about how I shouldn't experiment with designer lipsticks like MAC and YSL (cus I was telling her about how I have a huge erge to buy some random shades). Anyways she recommended me to try NYX lipsticks, and here I am ordering some from Cherry Culture.

2. I got another E-gift card ($50) to Macy's (department store a lot nicer then the Bay *Canada* ). And this one is from the Surgeon's daughter. I bought the Juicy Couture perfume I really wanted (I was stuck on that for Chanel Chance, but I'd rather do a big order of Chanel Perfume Haul so I picked Juicy Couture).

3. I got ANOTHER E-gift card (I'm very particular with makeup and books and stuff and my friends know that) from the accountant's Daughter, and this one is to Sephora ($50). This was the hardest to spend, I haven't decided yet, I may wait for March and spend it all together with my planed makeup haul.

4. $30 I-tune gift card (from 2 of my *alternative* friends)

5. Clinique foundation (From my friend Heather, she knew I needed a new one and got my shade when she came over)

6. MAC Prep and Prime (From Gracie she knew I wanted to try the Smashbox Photo Finish, but they were sold out at UTLA)

7. 6!!!! Carbon black liquid eyeliner (It's 2 different brushes to 3 each) by L'oreal from Tiffany! (She knew that I was planning on buying it myself but she got if for me!!!! Love her!

8. $25 gift card to Wal-Mart lol!! one of my guy friends herd me talk about how Palty (Japanese Hair dye) thinned out my hair a bit so he said for winter I should stick with American Hair dye.

Japanese Popteen / Gyaru Eye Makeup

My number 1 favourite Japanese magazine is Popteen. I also like egg, but I dislike Vivi. I lot of people like Vivi, but to me it's just an Asian version of Vogue or Bazaar (I subscribe to both) and it just bores me. Anyways Egg is slightly too much to the extreme, and there's another one called Ranzuki (Might have spelled wrong) but it's way to princess Hime like. So I find Popteen just right. I also like Lolita bible, it's sooo pretty but way to costume like.

Anyways I favourite section in Popteen, next to hair styles, is makeup. And I did a lot of research and trials and I finally found out how!

The one I'm going to show you know is a less extreme version.

Layout Designing

Sorry, i haven't posted any photos from Orlando, or the stuff i bought, but there is a good reason. T_T it's a new camera and i haven't installed the program onto the computer yet so i can't upload any photos. Anyways i will do that as soon as possible plus next week is finals.

Anyway, ever met a boy in class or the hallways that seems to catch your eyes and you can't help but look and then in a split second he looks at you too? We'll i hate it when that happens cus you start to feel something like won't if be wonderful if you two are dating. See there is this one guy in school, we are in the same grade, know each other mutually from parents (they've only talked once) and we try really hard to to look at each other. Oh ya there's also a million reasons why it won't work out if we do date. But there's always this little hope that it might, that he won't be super religious, and that he won't be stuck up, and that he won't be a republican (nothing wrong with that as long as your friends but it get complicated if you date), and that he won't be saying in the south for university, and that he actually likes me , and that he doesn't want kids, and that he's willing to live in Canada with me. But.... i doubt is like that so I'm not going to approach him, and I'm not going to talk to him, and i don't want to find out. Ya, life sucks.

So anyways no school this whole week and I leave for Orlando Wednesday morning. BTY I contributed to New Moon's $72,000+ Friday showing. I'm going to saw I loved the movie because I love twilight, it was part my pre-teen and early teen memories and I accept that. Anyways when I was seeing New Moon I saw the trailer for the book to be movie, coming out on December 11Th, The Lovely Bone. I fell in love with the story plus I love the actress (she got an academy award nomination for the Antominet (I know I spelled that worng) and stars in Ember City) and I bought the actual book the next day. The book itself is really good but you would really enjoy it more if you were an adult or late teen. I am pretty sure the movie is going to be quite different, I think there just going to keep the plot of the girl wants justice for what her murderer did to her and they might change the ending a little, but that's ok I respect that since I've read the book. Oh ya, I am quite enjoying my break right now, I know that all of my friends in Canada are envious that I get so many breaks...... oh ya I'm team Edward all the way. Hmmmmm........ that's right here are a lit of stores I will be checking out. (I hope there's Chinatown in Orlando or a supermarket that has lots of Asian stuff like makeup, hair products, and such).

Summer Vacation On Hold

SOoooooooooooo........... I WAS going to go to Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin this summer before I go to university....... However I heard of my mom, my friends who when to China, Korea, and Japan, this summer that it's not worth it going back. They say the clothing is extremely expensive and not worth the money since a shirt for the department store in China would cost up to $100 dollars a piece and with $100 here I can by a pair of Coach shoes or a pair of Ralph Lauren Sunglasses. Also plane tickets are from $1000 to $2000 or more. My mom says that since I don't have know that many people there I should just stay here and spend the $1000 dollars on clothing instead of just airplane tickets. I was thinking that too, but I really want to go back and get a feel of that crowed busy city life again. But my mom then says that since I'm going to Vancouver next February and that I will be to New York next April and that I might go to either Toronto or Vancouver for university, I should just spend the money here. Plus she says that it's not like I will be buying designer clothing there and that it's better if I buy designer clothing for university. All my friends agree, except one, they say that it would be economically efficient if I stay here. The friend that disagree said that she'd rather go back, but then again, she grew up in China and was forced to move here was she as 13!!! So she has a lot of memories and friends back there. I'm not sure what I should do............ IF I choose not to go then I would be able to spend A LOT more money in Vancouver, more than I plan to, but.... I kinda wanna go back, but if I do, I won't be able to buy and do a lot.

OK today I was talking to these stupid 11th graders about how I'm going to spend $500 during my Orlando trip. Well this guy was like wow $500 that's a lot of money! And I was like no it isn't and these 2 idiot girls came in the conversation and was like ya it's a lot of money (when one of them was talking about how she can't wait to buy a $300 bag). Anyways yes $500 is a lot to give or receive but not a lot to spend. For those of you who actually have jobs and/or have spent anything more or close to $500 dollars you know that after you buy the stuff and group it together you release that it's not as much as you think you should or would get. Then you see the perspective of money and you would realize that $100 SOUNDS a lot more than it actually is. OMG some 11th grades are MORONS!

If you don't already know, I will be buying a couple of handbags on my trip to Orlando next (not this) Wednesday. I may just buy one, but I will be looking forward on buying many more before I leave for Canada next fall. So here are my list of the best handbags (in my taste, Young Adult, can't really say teen cus some of those bags a 15 year old can not pull off) .

Before the list, I want you to know that there are many other brands I like that are not listed because I don't really care for them (Findi) and some are extremely sophisticated, I listed Prada and some others only because I care about those brands.

I love perfume, the way I buy my perfume is based mainly on sent (of course) but part of it is also based on the bottle. For example, if the perfume smells absolutely wonderful and stands out from the other pretty smelling ones and the bottle is ugly or semi-pretty I would buy it. If the Bottle was super cute or gorgeous and the scent is just pretty or really nice to others, but just good to me, i would buy it. Here is a list of perfumes that I need to get for university.

So my friend the daughter of a pilot was talking about facial aging, and getting old, and turning 17 crap. Well, I'm already 17 (finally) since October, however she's turning17 in November. (BTY she's in 11th grade and I'm a senior, thank God for Ontario's school system). Anyways, she was talking about how next year, when she's a senior, she's going to buy some mild anti-ageing products from a Olay or Clinique. I asked her why and she said that she wants her skin to look good from all the Sun in the south. Then another friend of mine, the daughter of a real estate developer said that she's going to do the same. So I being to panic, I grew up in Toronto's harsh winter and living in the hot sun for 4 years must have really destroyed my skin. So yesterday, I did some research online and when to www.olayforyou.com and got a list of skin products I am going to buy. I was originally planing to buy some expensive Japanese stuff or something from Safora, but they told me how I'm not going to get wrinkles like a 35 year old when I'm 18 and that buying a less expensive brand would be better since it's main job would be to prepare me before I turn 30. Halloween Hangover

Last Saturday was definitely one extreme or the other. First I had to finish my homework or get most of it done for the Halloween party. I figured I should have had most of it done cus i skipped on Friday's Midnight Party and the people I know wouldn't be there cus they should be tired coming for a major high school rival football game. Anyways, got a call from my friend during the middle of studying AP physics that her parents got into a divorce fight, I couldn't do anything I had stuff to do, plus we were kinda growing apart anyways since she's always trying to impress the goth freaks / kinda a lesbian. Anyways, so she went to freak girls house, oh well, my normal friends don't approve of either of them anyways. So I ended up getting ready at 8:00 pm, still haven't even remotely started my 5 page Pride and Prejudice Essay ( I have to analyze the themes) and here I thought I chose an easy book cus I've read it a million times, turn out there a whole damn load of themes! AP physics was a bomb, not even done with that, math was a blur as usual, and remembered I didn't bring AP Psychology home (preying there won't be a quiz on Monday, and there wasn't). So Anyways I went to the party at 10.

Now this wasn't the sleazy booze party, I skipped out on that Friday, this was the party with all my other money convenient friends involving a daughter of a surgeon, a daughter of the town developer, the daughter of a airline poilet, and the sons of local small, but somehow rich, business men. And me, the girl who don't know how I wound up friends with, but oh well. Anyways I smartly choose Aubrey Hepburn.

Anyways, our location was the daughter of a surgeon's house, since her living room is huge and it's next to her mother's antique collection. Had to watch was I dank, and didn't eat a thing, but somehow had a good time.

Costume Selection

I love Halloween, it's an excuse to buy a dress or a new pair of shoes, or jewelery!! I haven't decided what to be yet. I already bought my "other costume". See here where I am at the moment, people usually get more than one costume. There's the school appropriate costume, the dinner appropriate, and the trashy one for the after midnight parties. Since Halloween is on a Saturday this year, I only have 2 costumes. I bought my midnight party costume at amiclubwear.com. It's not very original, I was gonna get the new Mysterious Marie Antoinette costume cus it was baby pink, but I'm not blonde so it won't look as cute on me. So I went with their new version of French Maid. It's called Black White At Your Service

So anyways, I have shoes and accesoies for that. But, I haven't found day or dinner costume yet. I'm debathing on these:

1. Aubrey Hepburn (I can pull my hair up in a French Style and I can buy a black dress! I'm debathing on a BCBG dress or some other designer.

Ok people, let's get this straight, you don't have to spend $350 on a pair of True Religion jeans to show people your good taste, class, and your legs. There are other jeans, that do all those things, unless you like hang out with the NYC prep school crowd. Also, many people do not know that there is a list of jean brands that are out, even though their over $40.

Hot Jeans (look they may still be expensive, ok to some they are expensive, but if you do have money to buy one pair you can at least buy it from this list and not the OUT list on the bottom.
* there are a lot more stores that sell nice jeans, but the most important list is the one after this.

1. Amercrombie Jeans (about $60 to $98. $40 if you wait for the sales)

2. Guess Jeans (very nice and fashion forward)

3. Hollister Jeans ( they make you look 1 size skinner!)

4. American eagle Jeans(fashionable and affordable)

5. Express Jeans (quality yes, but not so pretty)

6. Old Navy (old navy is very affordable and their quality is amazing)

Out Jeans (this is the most impotent section, you can buy jeans from any store but these.

1. Gap jeans (omg there so boring and dated. Gap is only good for toddlers and younger, or 30 to 40 year olds and buy then most don't wear jeans. Just because it's pricey, doesn't mean it's fashionable, it just shows people that you pay way to much attention to brand name and not STYLE. It's TACKY) * Note that most people do have a pair of Gap Jeans, but they wear to complement, not flaunt and impress.
2. Jeans from stores like wet seal, Rue 21, Charlotte Russ, and Forever 21. (People they last less than a year and they're thin and they fade after like 7 washes.)
3. Department Stores Jeans (they're over priced and their sales sucks, but it from the original store and if there isn't any, it's probably cus their designer and you've lived in a box and haven't gone to their actual boutique or they only sell in department stores for a reason: example: Stuff by Duff, but their for kids so you shouldn't probably be wearing them.
4.Ralph Lauren Jeans ( ok some people will think I'm crazy on this one, but seriously think about it. I love Ralph Lauren, it's my brand of choice usually, but their jeans are like $150 and you have buy a pair of on sale True Religion or 7 for mankind with that money.
5. Jeans with no pocket label ( Unless they make your butt look cute for something like Old Navy Jeans, other wise, it's pointless if their ugly and if their cheap a pair of Charlotte Russ jeans would have been WAY better. And if you did spend a lot of money, while it's wasted cus you cold have showed the world your True Religion Jeans)

Ok so some of these things are new, some I got have the end of the summer, including the Japanese Products.

1. Vaseline Sheer Infusion

Ok so this is new, and it's absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! I hate lotions and creams because they don't really work and you have to constantly put on the wet and sticky stuff for your skin to be soft. Well, this cream or lotion thing, really works! All you need is just one application a day for your skin to feel like silk and it drys pretty quickly. The smell, for most people it smells good, for me who can't take most scents (really picky on perfume bty) I can actually tolerate. Oh ya I like to green one on the right.

2. Palty Hair Dye
I bought the milk tea brow and left it on for 1 hour and it turned my dark brown to black hair into an amazing rich medium brown!

3. Miss Rose Eyeshadow Palette from Hong Kong.
I bought this off ebay, the seller sent this via first class and it came in 3 days! A bit shimmery, amazing to blend in together.

4. Kose Medicated Sekkisei

It's amazing. It fades the dark spots, impure complexions, and other facial discoloration.

5. Miss Queen

It's this formula that smells and rose water and it tightens pores and makes them appear less noticeable.

News of the day!

Ok so there this really cute boy at my school and he has a bit of Korean in him, but you can only see it in this eyes cus he's like almost blonde. He's tall, and medium framed, not like one of those freakishly skinny boys for overly muscular. Anyways, I noticed recently over the weeks and he always stares at me when I walk by and every chance he get when I talk to his friends. So ya I knew that he was like looking for a girlfriend, but I didn't care I wasn't interested. Don't get me wrong he's really cute but I don't even know him, so no chemistry there. Well, today I found out that one of my few Asian friends likes him and and bravely introduced herself to him and I saw them chatting. Before that I didn't know that he was the guy she was talking about earlier. But I told her he had my lunch schedule and she got a worried about the other girls at lunch and I didn't have to heart to tell her about him always staring at me and trying to get me to start a conversation.

My AP Psychology Teacher

So, my AP psychology teacher have officially given up on me. He probably thinks I'm a failior and hopeless and preys to God I fail and won't be in his class next year. Note that I'm on the verge of crying right now. He said that the people who would probably fail and know that the people I don't care about I will ignore. And out of everyone...... it's me or maybe someone else too, but oh definitely me. The people who have failed worse than me on a test are those with a 100 percent average. Note that he probably thinks that they can make a A. And the people who he don't care about aren't honor students. He even said that he can't wait t'll next semester when some people are out of this class. I have ever felt so low before, and disliked and thought simple by a teacher. He's the teacher that knows and have done before help pick students for colleges and the bright students in his eyes and it's not me. And I really want to go to one of the best colleges. And I just don't know what to do. Because for the first time in my school life, a teacher just told me I'm not good enough to be in the medical field, to go to a good college, to make over 70 thousand dollars a year. And I don't even hate him for it because he's probably right. And if he is my whole plan for my future just shifted.

Jennifer's Body

Sooo, I went to watch that movie on Saturday, and usually..... like all the other rated R movies i see in theater it was not as good as I would like it to me. It wasn't like it sucked, but it was just a bit.... slow. I wanted more action, or more killings, she killed only like 3 or 4 boys, the previews make it seem like she killed a whole lot more. Plus it wasn't as bloody as those other Rated R movies like The Last House On the Left or The Strangers. And you have like one lesbian seen (kissing only, clothed) and a sex scene and all you see is their naked skin, no chest or butt, so I'm not really sure why it was Rated R. Oh I remember now, cus of the profanity, but you can get those any day at school. I enjoyed it considering it was about the supernatural and I didn't fall asleep, but for a Rated R movie, I wanted more and I was left feeling a bit, just a tiny bit, empty. I think Jennifer's best friend Needy was a way better actor, they both were good, but Needy's scenes actually required decent acting and she did a pretty good job. So overall I give this movie a 80 to 86 %.
